I’m 13 and my friend and I talk on the phone all the time. SO the phone bill was high because I was calling drugs without prescription online him and it was long distance. So he could only call me and now a month later the bill is still high. What can it be? Can you still be charged for incoming long distance calls? (this is a landline)
