The two companies have been working together to create superior mobile audio experiences, which will result in a line of HTC devices integrated with Beats sound innovations, available this fall.

It’s a great move by HTC – having a brand like Beats in their future smartphones will really boost their sales. To be honest, I wouldn’t be surprised if they bundled some Beats in-ear headphones with their phones from now on.
I’m just surprised that they are advertising a product with his name but not actually using a beat he produced for this ad.

I think that Beats by Dr. Dre are pretty sweet in both performance and style. Its just that Dr. Dre sponsored them to be marketed with his name on it that basically spread through to the media that’s why people like them sooo much. Sure you can get other headphones that are better but come on if you have money you can spend on whatever you want with it.

Fail, a audio technician knows that beats by dre are too overpriced for they’re class, for the same price you can get a shure, Beyerdynamic, klipsch or even sennheisers that are waay better. You are paying for the brand name and styling, not for performance.

When I sent in my original HTC phone for warranty repairs, only the touch screen was defective. Its USB port was still working
which was why HTC was able to charge it as well in order for them to troubleshoot the touch screen issue. However, HTC claimed that its USB port was not working, and wanted to charge me $198. It looks like HTC was just looking for ways to cover the warranty repairs. Do not buy HTC phones if you do not want defective products and services.
