Is it possible to move an Internet and Telephone modem without screwing up the Internet and Telephone lines?

I have an XBox 360, and I want to move my modem to another room to connect cheap adipex without a prescription it to the 360. Is it possible to move the modem, from one room to another, and still the get the internet and telephone?
